VET Excellence Awards 2024

It is our profound honor that the Atrium Hotels & Resorts Group has been recognized at the VET Excellence Awards Greece 2024, held at the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair.

This award reflects our collective efforts and acknowledges our commitment to supporting the new generation by providing valuable training opportunities in the rapidly growing tourism sector, empowering young individuals as they embark on their professional journeys.

The competition was held for the first time in Greece, organized by the German-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce in collaboration with the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), focusing on companies engaged in apprenticeship programs for young professionals in Greece.

A total of 123 companies in the tourism industry participated in the competition. Atrium Hotels & Resorts Group stood out among the participating companies, receiving recognition in the Business – Experimental Vocational Schools.

Our Human Resources Manager, Mr. Evangelos Kalokasis, accepted this prestigious award at a grand ceremony. Additionally, it is worth noting that we take great pride in our Executive Chef, Mr. Michail Gialousis, who was one of the three finalist educators in the same award category.
